What’s New In Netflix Comedy Premium League

The Netflix Comedy Premium League show comprises six episodes. It is a blend of skit, stand-ups, puns, roasting, improv, drama, Masti, punchlines, and comedy presentations. The popular series is hosted by the most insane girl Prajakta Kohli and is well produced by OML.

Among the competitors, the bunch includes actors such as Rytasha Rathore. Plus the judges from various old shows such as Tanmay Bhatt famously known for AIB; Kenny Sebastian, Sumukhi Suresh, Kaneez Surka. Talent is flooding the air of this new show. Netflix Comedy Premium League four teams are distributed and named with real tacky names of different animals. The name itself tints the lamest of names. A crowd of studio audience masked and gloomed in darkness assign their respective scores on a leader board. A highlight of the show is around known as the Punchlines which resembles the crickets super over. In this round, the participants settle the tie. This segment is the quickest of all but no less rigged than the previous rounds.

Apart from this some of the funniest moments are captured to happen by chance. Quibbling on the word barber while reciting Mughal chronology by a participant, there is quite a moment when the opponent starts to burst out.

Netflix Comedy Premium League timing is too precise to notice. Rohan Joshi’s laughing face at a teammate is the proof since the next roast was in his name. At times individual performance by the comedians outshines the teamwork on comic grounds. This happened with the act of Prashasti Singh with her response to if she was able to crack IIM Lucknow with a vague Yes.

At the time of conventional standups, the team Gharelu Gilaharis gives a twist by depicting a skit on  Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Miss Braganza taking it to next level. Participants are also trolled in a witty manner by the host Prajakta Kohli on their attire and character.

In spite of this, the main loophole behind the Netflix Comedy Premium League show is that the puns aren’t rehearsed well hence it does not bring out the hype of the show. It does not bring out big laughs. Yet the jokes are happening enough after a while for Indian comedy to flee the arena of  TV broadcasts.
