Her Early Life and Family
Neha Kakkar Singh is an Indian singer. Born on 6 June 1988 in Rishikesh, Uttar Pradesh (Present Age: 33 years old), Neha started performing at a young age. However, at that time she used to perform at religious events like Jagraans. Neha was born in a Hindu family to Rishikesh Kakkar and Niti Kakkar. She has two siblings Tony Kakkar and Sonu Kakkar. Both belong to the music industry. Sonu Kakkar is a playback singer meanwhile Tony Kakkar is a music director.
In October 2020, Neha Kakkar married Rohanpreet Singh in Delhi.
Her Career
In 2004, Neha along with Tony moved to Mumbai to further their career in music. In the year 2005, Neha participated in the second season of the singing reality show, Indian Idol. However, she got eliminated early in the show.
She made her Bollywood debut as a chorus singer in the film Meerabai Not Out in 2008. She sang Hai Ram along with Sukhwinder Singh. However, Neha gained fame with the release of the dance track “Second Hand Jawaani” from the film Cocktail. Following which, she gave many popular party songs like “Sunny Sunny” from Yaariyan and “London Thumakda” from Queen. In 2017, she sang the title track of Badri Ki Dulhania which was an instant hit.

Some of her most famous songs are: Main Tera Boyfriend, Cheez Badi, Chhote Chhote Peg, Dilbar, Aankh Maarey, and Bhangra Da Sajda. In addition to playback singing, Neha Kakkar has also appeared in several music videos. She has been a judge on several television reality shows including “Indian Idol” and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs.
Her most famous romantic song is Tu Hi Yaar Mera from the film Pati, Patni aur Woh.
