Moana 2: Release Date, Cast, Plot And All New Updates

Moana, an American Disney Animation, proved to be a huge hit back in 2016. The film went on to gross over $600 million all over the world. Directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, this adventuresome film was able to capture many’s hearts, hence the question of whether there is a Moana 2. Unfortunately, there has not been any confirmation on the making of Moana 2.

Moana Two Release Date: When Will It Air?

Theatrically, Moana got released on November 23, 2016, in the USA. The launch has been on Blu-ray (2D and 3D) and DVD from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment on March 7, 2017, in the USA. A digital launch happened on February 21, 2017. Limited information is present concerning the sequel of Disney’s Moana. But, there’s been word on the road that Disney is in talks with The Rock and Auli’i concerning a different film. These rumors have led to speculation that a plan of Moana’s adventuresome comeback is cooking. Until now, no official communication has taken place concerning the same.

• What We Do In The Shadows star cast- Jemaine Clement as Tamatoa, a gigantic villainous coconut crab from Lalotai, the Realm of Monsters.
• Nicole Scherzinger as Sina. Moana’s mother, wife to Tui, and the village’s chieftaincy.
• Alan Tudyk as Heihei, Moana’s pet. He also voices Villager number three.
• Louise Bush as Toddler Moana
• Chris Jackson as Tui’s singing voice
• Oscar Kightley as a fisherman.

Moana 2 Plot: What Will Happen?

Moana’s film talks of an adventuresome and strong-willed girl picked by the ocean to bring together transcendental relic together with the goddess Te Fiti. In the case where a bright light strikes her island, she sets off to search for Maui, a mythical demigod with the anticipation of returning the relic to Te Fiti and saving her people. There is little known about where Moana two will start. But as the end of the first film showed Moana’s successful return after her epic adventure, it is speculated that the next movie begins from this point.
