“We’ll survive.” Said Tara (Shobitha Dhulipala). Made In Heaven ended on a note that made the audience desperately wait for the show’s second season. While it just dropped, fans have already binged watched the 7 episodes of Made In Heaven season 2. The show came out more powerful than before. Every episode featured some societal nuisances in the best possible way that’s not just throwing light on the matters but also simultaneously educating the audience.
The show opens up with the famous duo & elegant version of Band Baaja Baarat, Tara & Karan planning yet another heavenly complicated wedding. While everyone has seemed to move on with their life, Tara is seeking a divorce and Karan hasn’t changed so much when it comes to men & drugs. Not to jump to conclusions, but you’ll see a change in both characters. However, the team is solid and ready to plan incredible events. Plus, you get to see a lot of new faces, we almost forgot how magnificent Dia Mirza is!

You’ll witness this season talking about aspects of Indian society that we might have spoken about with friends or family on a daily basis. From India’s unwavering fascination with just fairer damsels being beautiful, to not tolerating abuse of any kind. And not to forget, the dismantling of centuries-old illicit norms, season 2 has been a roller coaster ride!
The most beautiful addition to the cast has been of the lovely doctor-turned-actor, Trinetra Haldar who is also the first transgender artist to play a recurring actor in the series. Both seasons have excessively witnessed how the LGBTQ+ community has been fighting for respect in society. While it’s starting to get better, this season made us think, will we reach a point where we see them as equals?
Lastly, Tara gets what she wants and she’ll do whatever it takes to own that. But is she really to blame for it? The depiction of individuals compelled by their cravings for pleasure, wealth, and authority adds to a stormy ride of feelings.
Well, we wouldn’t give much away but just know towards the end you’ll see the two best friends living life in a BIG mansion! If you ask me, before you experience FOMO – just go watch Made In Heaven Season 2. You would be disappointed!
