Love Alarm is rapidly becoming one of the biggest K-dramas on Netflix and will probably be returning for season 2 in March 2021 after a very long delay. We’ve known for some time that the series was upgraded, and previously we had the belief that the series will come back in August 2020. Here’s what you need to know.
Love Alarm is Netflix’s first romantic comedy series based on the webtoon of the same name by writer Chon Kye-Young. The show is the fourth complete Korean Original show by Netflix however Love Alarm was the first to order.
In an increasingly digital age, so is our love life. When an unknown developer released a relationship program, it went viral in South Korea. This app will notify the user if a person within 10 feet of them has romantic feelings for them, it disturbs daily life for Jojo. Shortly Jojo finds him trapped in a love triangle involving Lee Hye-Yeong along with his best-looking model Hwang Sun-oh.
Love Alarm Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 of the popular Korean drama love Alarm’ will release on Netflix on Friday, March 12th, 2021.

In August 2020, lovers of Love Alarm were frustrated to learn that season 2 had been delayed two days before the show was scheduled to come back to Netflix.
But, it has recently been verified that the hit K-drama will go back to our screens in March.
On Valentines Day, Netflix Korea shared the information with the caption: “On Valentine’s Day we weren’t certain what to provide you, so we brought you this. Like a present, the second season of love Alarm’ is coming to you. On March 12, come face to face with Netflix.”
Love Alarm season 2 cast
Love Alarm stars Kim So-Hyun, Song Kang, Ga-ram Jung, Go Min-Si, and Seong-Yeon Park. The series also features the talents of Song Seon-mi, Yi-Yeong Shim, Hye-ran Ji, Jae-eung Lee, Seung-Ho Shin, Na-Moo Yoon, and Kim Shi Eun. We’ll have to wait and see if there are any new additions to the cast in season 2.
What to expect from Love Alarm Season 2
At the close of the season, files Love Alarm the program is receiving an update for the 2.0 release. More than simply knowing if someone has romantic feelings for somebody, the program is now able to figure out if somebody within 10 meters loves them.
After the update aired, Jojo found that Lee Hye-Yeong not only loved him also Hwang Sun-oh. This was confirmed from the Love Alarm app when the 2 boys were inside the radius necessary to trigger the program.
Jojo now includes an option, does he deliver back Lee Hye-Yeong’s feelings or does he choose to be with the handsome model Hwang Sun-oh?
