Aly Goni was born and brought up in Jammu & Kashmir in a Muslim family. When he was in college Ally won IFTI modeling event organized in his college by Indian Film and Television Institute. Career
Aly started his carrier as an model and later began pursuing his acting career as well . He first appeared on television in 2012 when he took part in Splitsvilla season 5 . Than he shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career and after much struggle in 2013 he got the role of Romi Bhalla in Ye Hai Mohabbatein” (2013) . Alongside costars Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi. He gained popularity and respect and later his name became a household name. After this show his career took a boost and than he appeared in many Tv shows like Splitsvilla season 6 as a guest, Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi where he was 4th runners up , Naagin 3 .Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, Bahu Hamari Rajnikant, Dhai Kilo Prem.Later in 2020 he participated in Bigg Boss season 14 as a wildcard contestant.
