Father Mr Manohar Lal Badoni is a government employee in THDC, while mother Mrs. Sunita Devi is a perfect housewife, has one elder sister and a younger brother in family.
The family belongs to Ghonti Pipola village of Tehri Garhwal in Uttarakhand, and now settled in New Tehri Bhagirathi Puram.
Education
She has completed her schooling from Saraswati Vidya Mandir Bhagirati Puram New Tehri, and then did her graduation in BCA from SGRR Dehradun.
Occupation
After completing her graduation she joined and IT company and then shifted to a civil construction company as an excel accountant in Dehradun, now she is enjoying her job with her musical acting career.
She managed to perform in more than 25 musical video albums and songs along with her job. And some of them are big hits; “Jhumki” is one of them.
As per Diksha, she is a shy person and never thought of working as an actress, but when she got an offer from Mr. Anand Silwal, a music producer to work in one of his music video song “Raniye” the debut song of Diksha Badoni.
Mr. Anand Silwal seen her facebook profile and decided to launch her in his musical video song.
After the successful debut in Raniye, she become a celebrity and started getting offers from some of the big singer, director, and music producers.

She loves to sing songs, and listening to music, likes travelling new place with her family, Mr. Amit Khare, one of the prominent singers from Uttarakhand music industry is her all time favourite singer.
When we ask about her love life then she gently replied that she don’t mind to fall in love with someone, mature, sweet natured, loyal, handsome and most important a responsible person and otherwise this is all depends on her parents, what they decide for her.
And when it comes to the future plan she did not like to reveal more but want to become a sensible and moral idle for new comers.
