Kavita Kaushik was born on Sunday, 15 February 1981 (age 39 years; as of 2020) in Delhi. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. She did her schooling from Nanital’s All Saint’s School and went to Delhi’s Indraprastha College for Women to pursue her graduation in philosophy. While in college Kavita started hosting events, modelling, and anchoring in various college events. She was still in college when she was shortlisted for a role for the TV serial “Kutumb” (2001).

Kavita Kaushik started her acting career in 2001 with the TV serial “Kutumb” in which she played the role of ‘Monica Malhotra.’ Next, she appeared in TV serials like “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii” (2001), “Kohi Apna Sa” (2002), “Kahani Terrii Merrii” (2003) “Ruby Duby Hub Dub” (2004), and “Saarrthi” (2005).She shot to fame by playing the role of ‘Chandramukhi Chautala’ in the TV series “F.I.R.” (2006-2015).Kavita made her Hindi film debut in 2004 with the film “Ek Hasina Thi.” Her Punjabi film debut came in the year 2017 with the film “Vekh Baraatan Challiyan.”

Kavita has also appeared in shows like “Nach Baliye 3” (2008), “Comedy Circus Ka Jadoo” (2010), “Box Cricket League 1” (2014) and “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8” (2015). In 2020, Kavita participated in the game reality show “Bigg Boss 14” as a wild card entry.
