Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif will also play lead parts. Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, and Reema Kagti wrote the screenplay. Reema Kagti, Zoya Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Farhan Akhtar will produce the film.
