Thalaivii on The Kapil Sharma Show
Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show, recently. She was there on the comedy show to promote her upcoming film ‘Thalaivii‘. Thalaivii is all set to release in cinema halls on 10th September 2021. In the episode, Kangana will also be joined by the director of the movie A.L Vijay and producers Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R. Singh.
The movie ‘Thailaivii‘ showcases different aspects of the life of Kumari Jayalalitha. From being a renowned actress from a young age to becoming an important leader in the politics of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalitha’s contribution is immense in every field she touched upon.
Witty Wordplay
During her latest appearance on the show, Kapil Sharma was seen pulling Kangana’s leg. On Kangana’s arrival, the show’s host Kapil Sharma asked her “Hum toh darre hue the ke humne aisa kya keh diya. Itni saari security rakhni ho toh kya karna padta hai aadmi ko? (We were scared. What should one have to do to get this much security)?” Kangana replied, “Aadmi ko sirf sach bolna padta hai (A person just needs to speak the truth)”
Further, in the show, Krushna who plays the role of Sapna also made a witty wordplay. He told Kangana that Kapil had destroyed her beauty parlor from the set. He added’ Apni cheez jab toot ti hai to andar se kaisi feeling hoti hai aapko acche se pata hai (You know the pain when you see something you own being demolished).” In the above statement, Krushna referred to the incident when BMC demolished Kangana’s Pali Hill Office in Mumbai.

Also, Kangana laughed it off when Kapil Sharma said ‘ Aur Kaisa lagrha hai? Itne time se koi controversy nahi hui” (How does it feel to not be a part of controversy for a long time?)
