There tiff was on fire when Kangana went to Koffee with Karan and there was short of an argument between them.
Kangana shared an old video of hers from an award show. Which showed how she was a Queen even though she was a newcomer.

She shared an old video from Filmfare awards. Where she was ignoring Karan Johar The actor said that even though she was new in Bollywood then, she had the same attitude.
In the video Karan Johar was seen hosting the award show. And he was seen announcing the winners. “This award has been decided by public poll and I have been winning it for the past three years,” he said. After this announcement we see that in the video Kangana was seen as the winner of this award.
As Kangana took the award and walked away from the stage. In the clip Karan was seen trying to grab the attention of Kangana. It was clearly visible that Kangana had no interest in talking with Karan Johar and that she doesn’t wanted to give her attention to him . In order to get attention Karan said “Thank you, Kangana and congratulations. I am here,” , before adding, “If that matters at all.” On receiving no response, he said, “Doesn’t seem to. Alright, okay, well done, Kangana.”
She posted this throwback video on her Instagram Story. Kangana wrote ,“Haha mera attitude pehle se hi kharab hai (my attitude was always bad).” In a follow-up post, she added, “This is my first year in the industry, I was a teenager lekin attitude aisa hi tha (but my attitude was still like this).”
Fans were adoring her in the video how even as a newcomer she did not loose her attitude and self worth towards a director.

Back in 2017 when Kangana appeared in Koffee with Karan she openly called out Karan Johar. She told him that he is flag bearer of Nepotism and and he is also a ‘movie mafia’. After which it led to a nationwide debate.
She constantly accused Karan of sabotaging the careers of actors outside industry. And always promoted star kids.
Very recently Kangana was seen in Thalaivi which was a biography on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s life. It was a hit on OTT Platforms. Her upcoming projects include Dhaakad, in which she will be seen playing a spy; Tejas, in which she will play an Indian Air Force pilot; and Sita: The Incarnation, in which she will play the titular role of the Hindu goddess.
Apart from this, Kangana will also start directing and will direct star in Aparjita Ayodhya and Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda. She will also be producing the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer Tiku Weds Sheru, which marks her foray into the digital space
