Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu got married in a grand ceremony on October 30. The couple took their wedding vows according to Punjabi and Kashmiri customs. After their wedding, Kajal and Gautam performed grihapravesh puja at their new house. As reported earlier, Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu will be moving into their new house in Mumbai.
Gautam Kitchlu took to Twitter to share a photo from the grihapravesh puja. Kajal wore a light blue churidhar. Gautam twinned with her by wearing blue kurta pyjama. He shared a photo and wrote, “Celebrating new beginnings. So grateful for the blessings of the past week, my incredible wife and our new home.”
Karva Chauth is a tradition that North Indians, mainly Punjabis, follow. The married women fast for their husband till moonrise to pray for the wealth, health and prosperity. Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu will observe their first Karva Chauth today.
