Hrithik Roshan will complete Siddharth Anand’s Fighter today

Today marks the end of Hrithik Roshan 87-day journey with Fighter

According to a source close to the situation. Hrithik will be shooting the final leg of the Fighter shoot today at YRF in Mumbai. “The team has shot at several real locations and studio setups along the way, and today is the 87th Day of Fighter shoot”.  The filming started in November of last year at the Tezpur Air Force Station in Assam with a 10-day schedule. Hrithik even spent time with real-life Air Force officers as part of his preparation. But A year later, it’s a haphazard shoot at Mumbai’s YRF studios,” a source close to the project revealed.

While Deepika and Anil’s roles on Fighter have already been completed, Hrithik’s shoot concludes on October 30. A source stated, “Siddharth Anand will declare the movie finished on November 1 and prepare it for its big screen debut on January 26.” It has been 88 days of shooting from the first day of the shoot to the final day.

“As an aerial action thriller, a unique cinematic experience has been meticulously crafted through a great deal of work”. However, the meticulous planning of the shoot ensured that the high-quality visual effects shots were canned early in the schedule so that proper time could be given to amp up their impact on the cinema screen,” the source explained. Fighter is the first film produced by Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand under their Marflix banner. With Viacom 18 serving as the studio partner.

Fighter’s USP is said to be music, action, and VFX

According to the source, Vishal Shekhar’s music is one of the major highlights of Fighter and will be the talk of the town when it is released. The source continued, “Fighter’s music has plenty of flavors—from dance numbers to soulful melodies and emotional tracks—it has it all.” For those who are unaware, the VFX for Fighter is done by the Oscar-winning company DNEG. Although the script is written by Ramon Chibb, who has worked closely with the Indian Air Force and Indian Army. But Fighter is being billed as a one-of-a-kind aerial action thriller, with dramatic moments interspersed with action set pieces. The team is preparing to launch its marketing campaign in the second half of November. But the film opens in theatres on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day.
