Ozark only returned to Netflix for a third season in March of 2020, but given that binge-watching conditions are best right now (and the show recently picked up a few Golden Globes nominations), a few fans are already thinking ahead to season four.
Here Is What we know up to now about the show’s next chapter:
Ozark Season 4 Release Date
Currently, there’s no date, but previously Netflix has abandoned Ozark release date statements until very close to the actual airing date — generally under a month. There was a 13-month gap between seasons 1 and 2 — afterward, a 19-month gap between seasons 2 and 3, making it difficult to forecast when season 4 may seem.
With the continuing coronavirus pandemic leading to delays in filming throughout the film and television business, fans have been imagining the next season could seem late in 2021 or early 2022.

Ozark Season 4 Expected Plot
Marty and Wendy Byrde entails more closely together with the Navarro cartel at the end of the third season than ever before. The Byrdes conquered Navarro by partnering with the FBI to terminate the gang war by overthrowing the rival Lagunas cartel. Along with that, Ozark Season 4 will bring more problems in the life span of Marty and Wendy. Additionally, it will go over the decision of Wendy to allow her brother Ben to expire and how this can affect her and the rest of her loved ones, notably Jonah Byrde, who took the life of her employee badly.
It’s still unclear everything can happen in Season 4, but the team has surely decided the best narrative to keep us all entertained. And to give a brand new season which is a hundred times greater than the preceding ones. The upcoming season is going to have some flashback scenes, so perhaps there would be some scenes of Helen’s past to reveal more insights about Navarro. For now, there’s no confirmation about the storyline, but it is expected that level of amusement and craziness will be boundless that this moment.
