“Cassie making bad decisions.” Steve Yockey, showrunner of The Flight Attendant, thus sums up the attractions that audiences have found in her series, and that have ultimately led to its renewal for a second season. “I think even trying to stay sober and have made a change in her life, it is still going to be entertaining to watch her make decisions that you wouldn’t make,” she continues. It seems that The Flight Attendant, which recently concluded its initial journey, has obtained a not inconsiderable audience, and HBO Max has already confirmed that we will soon see new misadventures of the flight attendant Cassie Bowden.

Kaley Cuoco, its interpreter, took over the rights to Chris Bohjalian’s novel of the same name even before it was published in 2018, and just after finishing The Big Bang Theory, she acted as producer and lead actress in this humorous thriller. Aired in our country by HBO Spain, the series by Yockey has conquered the public with its mixture of intrigue and black humor, and although the critics have not put it through the roof (aeronautical joke), nothing can prevent its next return in Warner’s streaming service (which may coincide when HBO Max is available in Spain).

The Flight Attendant focuses on the story of Cassie Bowden, who after having a brief affair with a passenger (who ends up murdered), finds herself involved in a complicated spy plot.
