In a recent reflection on the previous several months, Hailey Bieber acknowledged that she had been “having a hard time.”
On April 20, the model posted a video of an animated cat dancing and captioned it, “This is how my mental state feels after the last month and a half.” This served as the beginning of an open dialogue with her Instagram fans. She later shared her struggles with her fans in an honest manner.
In a subsequent Instagram Stories post, Hailey said, “I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it’s easier than admitting I’m having a hard time.” However, since 2023 began, I have experienced some of the saddest and toughest events of my adult life, and to put it mildly, my mind and emotions have been unstable.”
After that, Hailey exhorted her followers to aid one another. That being said, let’s continue to support one another, she stated in her conclusion. Let’s help our friends, family, and strangers in addition to our loved ones. Let’s simply be there for one other, even when it’s difficult to do so. Together, we’re stronger.
Hailey didn’t elaborate on any particular incidents that occurred this year. Selena Gomez, however, said on Instagram last month that Hailey “reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.” And the singer urged an end to hatred.
In a March 24 blog post, she stated, “This is not what I stand for. No one ought to ever experience hatred or bullying. I’ve always pushed for compassion and am anxious for this to end.”
Although both Selena and Hailey have made several numerous attempts to show that there is no animosity between the two. Hailey and Selena have been the subject of feud rumors for years. A series of online exchanges in early 2023, including a video in which Hailey and her friend Kylie Jenner were accused of shading Selena, fanned the notion.
