He was born on January 07, 1992 in a Punjabi family. After completing his graduation he decided to pursue his acting career. Ayush started with small advertisements and small roles in movies. He made his silver screen debut in 2010 by featuring as a supporting actor Isi Life Mein.

Ayush also worked in TV serial Love By Chance, Life Lafde Aur Andaya. Ayush belongs to a Hindu family. His zodiac sign is Scorpio.

In 2016 he made his debut on small screen. He started his journey with Bindaas Original series Life Lafde Aur Bandiya. The story of the series revolved around three 20-year-olds – Rishabh, Puppy and Chewang who get humiliated for being total losers. The comedy and drama series starred  by Ayush Mehra, Harshit Sidwani and Payal Thapa as the lead actors.

The very same year he was also featured in Bindass series Yeh Hai Aasqui . It is an Indian television series that presents dramatizations of love stories.The model did another short-series for Zoom Studios, in 2019 Mom and company.The comedy-drama series marks Neelima Azim’s return on the screens.

In the recent years he also did many short series and YouTube videos which also showed his best performance.
