Created by the talented Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things follows a group of teens from the fictional Hawkins, Indiana, who band together to fight the evil that is taking over the city.
The next season ended in a way that left fans more excited than ever to determine where the story goes in season 4. However, they will need to keep waiting according to Holes Matarazzo and his latest update on the series.
Gaten Matarazzo Reveals New Details For Stranger Things Season 4
In a recent interview with Collider, Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson) admitted that it is difficult to set a premiere date for season 4 since there isn’t any set filming schedule due to restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“There are not many dates which are reliable. It is more of a figure about when we’ll take next season when we’ll finish when the release is going to be, all that jazz because we don’t understand on a day-to-day basis if we’re going to shoot next week,” he clarified.

While it’s a little sad for lovers, Matarazzo states that the delay could reap the series as it’s given Matt and Ross Duffer more time to focus on season 4 of Stranger Things.
As we have mentioned in The Truth News, the brothers prefer to have the whole season written before filming begins; however they have never managed to do it that way. Currently, Matarazzo has shown that Season 4 has provided them with that opportunity.
“I think they’ve been able to appreciate directing these last few days,” he continued. “There’s nothing else to distract them other than what they’re going to do now while they’re directing. They take their whole mind when they are doing this.”
“So I think it’s a good thing because now they can quit focusing on what the app is going to be around, and now that they understand it, they can focus on how they will fulfill it. And I think it shows,” reasoned the celebrity.
