Tiger 3
Tiger 3 is the third installment of his blockbuster Tiger Franchise. The film will be directed by Maneesh Sharma. Aditya Chopra and Salman Khan are planning to take the franchise to the next level with Tiger 3 as it is being planned on an unheard scale for Bollywood. The cost of production of Tiger 3 is going to be in the range of Rs. 200 to 225 crores, which is the biggest for a Hindi film to date. It is said that Salman has taken around Rs. 100 crores as acting fees, obviously depending upon the magnitude of profits. A source told Bollywood Hungama, adding further that accounting for all expenses, the cost of Tiger 3 will be as high as Rs. 350 crores, which is the biggest for a Bollywood film to date.
Tiger 3 is produced by Yash Raj Films. Apart from Russia, the film will also be shot in Turkey and Austria. Salman Khan will be seen reprising his role as a RAW agent in Tiger 3. Katrina Kaif will play ISI agent Zoya. While earlier it was reported that the film also stars Emraan Hashmi in a negative role of an ISI agent, it is to be seen who plays the lead antagonist in Tiger 3.
Did Emraan really give us a bummer?
Emraan Hashmi denies rumors of him being a part of Salman Khan-starrer Tiger 3. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film also stars Katrina Kaif in the lead role.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are shooting for Tiger 3 in Russia. The news of Emraan Hashmi not working in the film has come out as a bummer. He has sort of disappointed his fans after he clarified that he is not a part of the film. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor said that these all are rumors and that he is not about to play the lead antagonist in Tiger 3. Emraan said, “Who told you what I have already shot for it? People are saying this, but I have not shot for the film. In fact, I am not a part of the film. I don’t know why people are saying this. I have never given a quote or never said that I am doing the film.”

Apart from Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles as Raw agent Tiger and Pakistani Spy Zoya respectively in Tiger 3, it was rumored that actor Emraan Hashmi will be in the role of antagonist in the film. When asked about his bulky avatar for the role, Emraan quickly said, “But that’s me working out in the gym. I am not making the body for any specific world. I just want to be fit.”
The audience is wondering if Emraan really meant it or he doesn’t want to take away the buzz from his upcoming film, Chehre. Let’s see only time will decide that.
When the reports of him joining Tiger 3 came to light, Emraan said he always dreamt of working with Salman, and hopefully, it will come true. “I would love to work in the franchise. I would love to work with Salman. It has always been a dream and hopefully, it will come true,” the actor told PTI.
