Disha’s Early Life and Family
Disha Patani is an Indian actress and model. Born on 13th June 1992 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Present Age: 29 years old), Disha works majorly in Bollywood films. Disha’s family belongs from a Hindu Rajput family. Her father is Jagadish Singh Patani and her mother’s name is not known. Disha’s father is a police officer whereas her mother is a heath inspector. Disha has two siblings- one sister and a brother. Her elder sister is Khushboo Patani who is a captain in the Indian Army. Disha’s younger brother’s name is Suryansh Patani.In a conversation on a radio show, Disha revealed that her real surname was Patni rather than Patani.
Reportedly, Disha enrolled herself in Amity University in Noida for Computer Science Engineering. However, she dropped out of college. In 2013, Disha participated in Pond’s Femina Miss India Indore. She stood as first runner-up.

She debuted from the film Loafer. It was a Telugu film directed by Puri Jagannadh. In the film, Disha played the role of Mouni. However, the film did not perform well on the box office. When Disha signed up for MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, she found her first commercial success. It is a sports biographical film based on the life of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The lead character of the film was portrayed by Late Sushant Singh Rajput and his wife was played by Kiara Advani. In the film, Disha played the role of Priyanka Jha who was the girlfriend of Dhoni.
