The plotline of Dial 100
The plot revolves around an Inspector who works in Mumbai Police Emergency Control Room. The movie gets tense when they receive a call from an unknown caller. The caller denies the call of another Inspector in the control room and only wanted to speak to Inspector Nikhil Sood. She wanted to speak to him before committing suicide. Little did Nikhil knew that this call will change his entire life and make him run again the clock to hide his dark secrets from the past. In the movie, we see that his personal life is in shambles as a result of his wife Prerna’s (Sakshi Tanwar) troubled relationship with their teenage son Dhruv (Svar Kamble). While dealing with his own problems and handling them. He received a call from a hysterical woman who wants to end her life owing to a personal tragedy. Manoj Bajpayee played the role of the Inspector really well although as a father and husband he has a troubled relationship. But as a Cop, he is very witty, smart, and cool. Playing a cop and dealing with high-pressure situations is nothing new for Bajpayee or the viewers; we’ve seen him shine in roles like this before in ‘The Family Man’ and ‘Silence…Can you Hear It?’.
Even Neena Gupta the mystery callers will keep you on the edge of your seat. She plays the role of a grieving mother Seema Pallav, who is grieving her dead son. She excels in the role and will keep you hooked
