This time the actress hits the headline because she took the challenge to educate the younger generation about sex education. The Chhatriwali trailer showed Rakul Preet Singh as a plain-sailing girl who doesn’t fear anyone. Aspire to become a teacher and teach the upcoming generations about sex education and safe sex. In the trailer, TVF Tripling actor Sumeet Vyas asks Rakul who wears the protection during intercourse. She acknowledges her dear ones undergoing abortion just because of unprotected sex. Furthermore, she finds a school offering male and female reproductions chapters as optional.

Even she asked the authority why reproduction is an optional chapter. She put all her efforts to create awareness of safe sex and education. Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar is the director of the film. In the last film Doctor G, Rakul played the role of a Gynaecologist. Rakul spoke about the film, “This film ticked all the boxes of a dream project and now the trailer is out. I hope it will be liked by everyone and our hard work pays off. The film points out an important issue in society that need special attention. In a patriarchal society, every house has a woman who suffered from the same issue. Fighting against all the old traditions and barriers.”
TVF tripling actor Sumeet Vyas will be seen alongside Rakul. Sumeet also keeps his opinion about the film, “today’s generation is curious about the sex because there is always a fuss around the word. Everyone knows about the topic but still talking about it consider taboo. I am glad the film team brought the important narrative.” The film was produced by Ronnie Screwvala and it will release on the OTT platform ZEE5 on 20th January. The film also features Rajesh Tailang, Prachee Shah Pandya, Satish Shah, Dolly Ahluwalia, and Rajesh Tailang.
