Amid controversies surrounding Actress Shilpa Shetty Husband Raj Kundra’s involvement in the production and distribution of pornography, Actress Shilpa Shetty shares a story on ‘faith’ on her Instagram Account. She shared an excerpt from a book that read ‘What we need is not the will to believe, but the wish to find out. Faith involves a leap of imagination. Real faith also involves searching, a desire to find answers to life’s most difficult questions. We may have faith that follows the teachings of organized religion, or we may have faith we have acquired through our own experiences and study. In either case, we do not betray our faith when we continue to search for meaning. Rather, we deepen and strengthen it. My faith sustains me and leads me on a continuous search for more knowledge.’
Earlier, she had also posted a video of herself doing Yoga on Instagram. She captioned it ‘Be your own warrior; strong enough to effect and defend positive change in your life ‘.
Shilpa Shetty has been an extremely resilient and strong woman. Throughout the case, she maintained her calm and requested people to not give in to any accusation that has not been proved yet.
Shilpa Shetty And Raj Kundra Case
The 45-year-old Raj Kundra is a businessman and husband of Indian Actress Shilpa Shetty. Recently, he has been booked under sections 34 (common intentions), 420 (cheating),292, and 293( related to obscene displays and indecent advertisements) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). He has also been booked under relevant sections of the Information Technology Act and Indecent Representation of Women(Prohibition) Act. Kundra along with 11 other people has been under arrest by Mumbai police. These people got arrested on 19 July 2021. Post that, Kundra was sent into judicial custody for 14 days. He had charges against him for producing pornographic content and distributing it via mobile application.

The police have claimed that they have recovered a few files and videos. Most of which comprises ‘adult content ‘. They have also found financial transactions in the name of Raj Kundra.
Reportedly, Shilpa Shetty broke down in tears after seeing her husband with police during a raid at their house. She shouted that her husband was innocent. ‘We have everything. What was the need to do all this?’ She said while sobbing uncontrollably. Shilpa also talked about the tangible and non-tangible losses faced by the family due to the whole scene. She said ‘ Family reputation is ruined and the industry is canceling many of her endorsements and upcoming projects’
Shilpa’s Statement
The Mumbai Crime Branch raided the couple’s bungalow in Juhu last month. As part of the investigation for the alleged porn production and distribution case. The businessman Raj Kundra was also taken to his home while the search was being undertaken. Shilpa Shetty’s statement was also recorded.
