The Bigg Boss Telugu Season 5 premiered on air with the  Actor  & Host Akkineni Nagarjuna. Nagarjuna turned up with the show again for the third consecutive time in a row. He introduced the viewers to all new 19 contestants who gave their welcome performances setting the stage on fire. The makers of the show took their Twitter to handle to share the teaser of the three hours long episodes full of glitzy performances.

Big Boss is one of the highly anticipated TV reality shows. It has not only invaded Hindi television but also made its way to the Telegu screens and many other languages.

The thrill within the fans has proven to be a major push for the final premiere of the show Bigg Boss Season 5. The grand launch was scheduled for Sunday, September 5th. Nagarjuna staged and greeted the viewers and welcomed the 19  contestants. Each of the participants spread swag with their impressive performances. According to the post in the recent tweet, the show promises to be a perfect blend of 5 aspects drama, fights, romance, action and new tasks, and a wholesome entertainment pack family show.

The show will be on air on Star Maa. Talking about the Bigg Boss contestants, it includes celebs such as Siri Hanumanth, Anchor Ravi, Vishwa, Sarayu, Nataraj, Anee, Lobo, Maanas, Umadevi, Jessie, Priyanka Singh, VJ Sunny, RJ Kajal, Shanmukh, Priya, Shwetha Varma, Sreerama Chandra, Lahari Shari and Hamida. The promo got release with its caption reading – “The BIGG day is here! Get ready for 5-much entertainment…Ikkada kick tonnullo vastundi #BiggBossTelugu5 starting today at 6 PM only on #StarMaa.”

Talking about the new season Nagarjuna expresses his excitement stating “The last few months have been tough and challenging for everyone and with this show, our endeavor is to bring joy and happiness in the lives of our fans with best-in-class entertainment.” Further, he added, ” As an actor, I am looking forward to representing and bringing forward the true feelings of the contestants so that the viewers can understand them better.” He seems really happy and happening to be a part of the exciting family show which satisfies the real concept of entertainment and would love to entertain each and every member of the family.

As of now while speaking about Bigg Boss OTT in Hindi, it is hosted by Karan Johar, While the Tamil Big Boss counterpart includes  Kamal Haasan as the host. In the Kannada language, Bigg Boss features Kichcha Sudeep and nextly Bigg Boss Malayalam has Mohanlal as the show presenter. Bigg Boss Telugu 1 was premiered by Jr NTR while  Nani covered the second season.

During Season 3rd, there has been news that the host Nag was vaguely charging around Rs 12 lakhs each episode. Next season 4  saw a hike. However, following the trend in this season he hiked his fees by 15 percent, and hence the approx estimation lies in between Rs 11-12 crore for the whole season. Reportedly its also known that the anchor Ravi is one of the highest-paid contestants of season 5. Also, there has been news running about Ravi as a secret contestant that he would be sent to the secret room directly. The thrill and mystery will further unfold with the episodes to follow.
