Bibika Maqbara Attracting people Due To Replica Of Taj Mahal

The replica of the Taj Mahal, Bibika Maqbara is located in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra. Mughal King Aurangzeb constructed it in memory of his wife Dilras Banu Begum. The mausoleum was constructed in 1660. The architecture of the place is similar to that of the Taj Mahal of Agra. The Taj Mahal was constructed in memory of Mumtaz, who was the mother of Aurangzeb. The replica is also known as Dakkhani Taj. The design of the mausoleum is very elegant as the pillared pavilion and arches at a regular interval. The four sides are covered with the 4 minarets around the corners The dome in the pathway is decorated with flower designs by the beautiful handwork.

The mausoleum is situated in a garden named Charbagh. The City is also known for silk, and cotton fabric works. The City is a tourist destination with many tourist attractions in City, with Aurangabad Caves, Jama Mosque, Daulatabad Fort, Grishneshwar Temple,  BibiKaMaqbara. The City is also known as the City of gates due to the 52 gates situated all around the City. Being the Deccan region, the climate is soothing all year round and not too cold and not too hot.

The City is rich in Mughal culture and sculptures, and many monuments can be seen around depicting the Mughal culture and traditions in these places. For the tourist who likes to see the rich historical culture and monuments, this is the City they much explore, and many historical shreds of evidence can be figured out for the scholars and researchers. The caves around the City Ajanta and Ellora are also great pieces of cave carving architecture. They were built in the 10th century CE. The paintings and artwork are real examples of ancient Indian craftsmanship and skills.

The Daulatabad Fort is again a piece of good architecture built by the Yadav Dynasty in the 12th century and was unconquerable due to high altitude construction and a defense system with big fixed cannons. The Panchakki is a watermill that was then constructed to power the mill with water flow for a distance of 8 km and then converging into a waterfall. The Bibika Maqbara  52 gates constructed around the City are the example of the Mughal architecture and culture presented in the form of artwork at the gates. The City is rich in historical heritage and arts of the Mughal era and a good tourist destination for the one who likes to connect with the region’s history.
