In a statement released now, SK Hynix said the new chip runs at no more than 6,400Mbps, which will be approximately 20% faster than previous LPDDR5 DRAMs available on the market. The release also states SK Hynix has formally begun mass production of the processors, and the initial batch is making its way to ASUS’ ROG Phone 5.
