Aquaman 2: Everything You Need To Know

Despite all rumours, it is confirmed that Amber Heard has not yet been fired from DCEU’s Aquaman 2 and will be continuing with her position as Mera at the franchise.

With the news, it’s expected that heard will soon be starring in Aquaman 2 which is gonna star Jason Mamoa as the titular hero and will be released somewhere around December 2022.

The character that Amber Heard plays is the Rebellion princess Mera, which first got appeared in 2017’s Justice League from was a prominent role it’s grown with 2018’s Aquaman and also will be reprising its part next month for Zack Synder’s Justice League. The plot details for Aquaman 2 are kept still under the wraps but it’s possible that the movie will go under creation about the summertime.

A petition calling for Heard’s elimination from Aquaman 2 gained traction in December and spanned a million signatures, signaling there are some who would like to see her fired.
