The couple that used to make everyone stop and stare, separated back in 2016 have been dealing with a legal court case over a french winery they owned together, but now Jolie’s shocking revelations about Pitt’s abusive behavior has taken a tragic turn.
On Tuesday, Angelina Jolie filed a cross complaint on ex-husband Brad Pitt that added more to what she described as abusing her and one of their children on a private plane in 2016 at the time of dissolution of their marriage. The power couple we knew decided to call splits after 12 years of marriage and six children together. When the news first broke in 2016, all social media mediums had a lot to say about how joile must have decided to separate from pitt because of his alcoholism or smoking habits.
However, the days after the news broke; Jolie revealed the true reason which was an incident that took place on the family’s private jet. The couple had an argument and their son Maddox jumped to protect his mother and Pitt later lunged at the boy and Angelina jumped in between them to block her husband. After a proper investigation, Brad’s name was in the clear as there was no evidence found. Years later and of course many battles for their children’s custody and the Winery they own together, Jolie has again filed a complaint with some serious accusations on Brad.
The complaint now describes an extended physical and verbal outburst. The papers state, “Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her,” the filing states, adding that at one point “he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children.”
