Anant Ambani and his recent images have once again startled netizens with his weight increase. Since the businessman had lost everything before the outbreak. Celebrities and fitness fanatics frequently lose or gain weight in preparation for a film production or role. However, Anant Ambani’s huge weight loss of 108 kg inspired the entire world. Anant, the youngest son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, shed a massive amount of weight in just 18 months. According to accounts, Anant had been taking steroids since a young age due to asthma, which resulted in fat accumulation and weight gain.

However, once he chose to drop the extra weight, there was no turning back for the animal lover. Anant meals included veggies, fresh fruits, quinoa, and cottage cheese. He used to eat six modest meals each day, with a diet rich in fibre, low in carbohydrates, and high in protein. He also consumed ghee consistently.

Exercise

Nita Ambani had hired one of the most well-known and recognized fitness coaches for Anant Ambani. Anant’s asthma prevented him from participating in sports as a child. As a result, he found weight training and exercise difficult. However, he pushed himself past his boundaries. Vinod Channa, Anant’s fitness teacher, indicated that they started with some mild cycling and constant walking.

Anant used to work out at home from 9 to 12 p.m. Every other night, he would do a low-intensity workout. Anant began with balancing training, and as he shed fat, he was introduced to activities such as planks, push-ups, and burpees, which helped tone his physique. Later, he began walking and would cover up to 21 kilometres each day.

Why the weight gain again?

While social media was delighted with Anant’s ability to make the impossible look achievable, subsequent photos of the groom-to-be have prompted everyone to ask the same question. Why the weight gain? Nita Ambani previously revealed that Anant was prescribed a lot of medicines due to his asthma. Steroids (corticosteroids used in asthma) enhance hunger and cravings while also altering metabolism and causing fat accumulation in the body. Some steroids can also aid in fat deposition in specific locations, such as the face, stomach, and back. Because Anant has been dealing with several different health conditions, the medications may have had another negative impact on his physical well-being.
