There are not much time left until the American Gods Season 3 premiere. You can watch it this weekend in the United States, although other countries wait until Monday.
It Doesn’t Matter, This Season Is More Than Worth The Wait!
And the wait has certainly been long. The season has been in the works since 2019 (writing started a year ago!) And has seen a few presenter changes since then. She was also surrounded by controversy throughout this time. But fans of Neil Gaiman’s novel will want to see how it all plays out, especially as this season is going to return more faithful to the books.
So we’re going to take a look at what we know about the third season of American Gods, including where and when to watch.

There is also a preview of the first episode released. Shadow Moon may not be with Mr. Wednesday anymore, but that doesn’t mean Mr. Wednesday isn’t taking care of Shadow Moon.
Shadow, now known as Mike, helps an elderly woman get home. She talks about her husband, first sharing all the good stuff, then goes on to talk about the infidel and the liar he was. This is not just any old woman. Watch the peeking gaze to find out what’s going on:
The third season sees Shadow attempting to detach himself from everything he’s learned as the season approaches. He wants to be his own man, and he ends up in Lakeside, Wisconsin, to achieve it.
This season, he will also undertake a spiritual journey. The gods of his dark ancestors, the Orishas, will help him understand who he really is and what he is meant for.
As for the other characters, you’ll have to wait to find out.
