Kriti Sanon is going to be seen in the lead role in Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey. The way the name of the film is, there is no Bachchan and Pandey. Director Farhad Samji has revealed that there is a scene of Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey in the film which has been deleted. Along with Akshay and Kriti, Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez are also seen playing important roles.
In the press conference of the film, Akshay Kumar jokingly said that he got the impression of the title of this film at the party of Housefull 4. When he saw Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey standing together. However, after this, in an interview, Akshay Kumar made it clear that it was just a joke.

Akshay Kumar said in an interview to Bollywood Hungama that he was a joke. The title of the film was actually inspired by the name of my character in Tashan. My character’s name in that film was Bachchan Pandey. However, director Farhad Samji revealed that he had planned cameos for Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey.
This scene of the film got deleted
Farhad told that in the deleted scene of the film, Abhishek and Chunky were there but only in the form of photos. Kriti and Arshad Bachhan while searching for Pandey ask a child if he has seen Bachchan Pandey, then he shows Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey’s photo in a film magazine but we have not included that scene in the film.
Akshay Kumar’s film Bachchan Pandey is going to rock Holi. This film is going to be released in theaters on March 18. Earlier this film was to be released in 2020 but due to Corona epidemic it was postponed.
