Abhishek Bachchan was admitted to Lilavati hospital after he suffered an injury while shooting for his upcoming film Dasvi. He was spotted in White Kurta Pyjama and many actors and his friends came to visit him at the hospital. His sister Shweta Bachchan and Amitabh also came to see him. His wife and daughter are currently in Madhya Pradesh where Aishwarya is shooting for her next film. Abhishek Bachchan was recently seen in films like Ludo and The Big Bull.
He recently wrapped the shooting for Bob Biswas where he is playing the main lead opposite Chitrangda Singh. The film is a spin-off of the critically acclaimed film Kahaani. It would be after a while that junior Bachchan will be seen playing the solo lead on the silver screen as he is often seen in multi-starrer films. The film is produced under the banner of red Chillies and will have a theatrical release later this year.
On his injury, he was seen wearing a slit band on his hand while he was spotted at the Airport where he came to see off Aishwarya Rai. On his latest injury nothing has been officially confirmed but as per the sources it’s his previous injury that required some nursing. Abhishek Bachchan will be seen opposite Yami Gautam in Dasvi for which he is currently shooting.
Abhishek Bachchan has hardly done any films in the recent past and these two movies will decide the fate of junior Bachchan who was recently seen in the documentary series Sons of the Soil: Jaipur Pink Panthers. In addition to acting, he has also tried his hands at producing films and has produced films like Paa, Bbuddah… Hoga Terra Baap, and Shamitabh.

Abhishek Bachchan was also infected with Covid-19 last year and again an injury means, he will be out of action for a while. He has completed shooting for Bob Biswas and Dasvi is expected to wrap up the shooting in the next 3 months. The film has been majorly shot in Agra and once he is back, the shooting will resume with immediate effect.
We wish Abhishek Bachchan a speedy recovery and hope he gets back to full fitness and resumes shooting as fans are waiting to see their beloved on the silver screen once again. He has worked in web series off late and Bob Biswas will be his first theatrical release post Manmarziyan which was released in 2018. He played the parallel lead in the film alongside Vicky Kaushal. His performance was highly praised but the movie boomed at the box office.
