Aajeedh Khalique is an Indian playback singer who mainly works in the Tamil film and music industry. He rose to fame after winning the singing reality show “Super Singer Junior 3” (2011). Aajeedh Khalique was born on Thursday, 19 March 2002 (age 18 years; as of 2020) in Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. His zodiac sign is Pisces. did Aajeedh his schooling at Tamil Nadu’s Alpha Wisdom Vidyashram Senior Secondary School (2003-2016). Thereafter, he attended the National Institute of Open Schooling (2018- 2019) during his school days. He is a student of Chennai’s Loyola College. Khalique is pursuing BSc in Visual Communication (18 June 2019 – Present). He was inclined towards music from a very young age.

Early life and Background
Aajeedh Khalique was born and raised in a middle-class family from Tiruchchirappalli in Tamil Nadu, India. He is 22 years of age as of 2020. His father works in a private firm while his mother, Shabana Begum is a housewife. He has two siblings whose names have not been made public by him yet. He attended DAV Boys Senior Secondary School in Chennai in which his love for singing bloomed as he participated in many music competitions. He has a love for singing at a very early age. He completed his education at Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Career
Aajeedh started his singing career in 2011 by participating in the singing reality show “Super Singer Junior 3.” He won the show and was awarded the winners trophy by A. R. Rahman. Subsequently, he released the Tamil song “Thikki Thenarudhu” (2013).In 2014, Aajeedh lent his voice for three songs from the Tamil film “Poovarasam Peepee”- ‘Enakkonndrum Vaanveli,’ ‘Ko Ko Ko,’ and ‘Angry Birds.
He received his winner’s trophy from the legendary singer AR Rahman which was a moment of joy in his career. He became a household name and became very popular in Tamil Nadu. Aajeedh became a part of the Tamil entertainment industry as a playback singer. He gave his voice for three songs in the 2014 Tamil movie Poovarasam Peepee. His most popular songs are Thikki Thenurudhu, Enakkondrum Vaanveli, Angry Birds and KO KO KO.
Aajeedh has done many stage performances in South India. Aajeedh entered the house of Bigg Boss Tamil 4 as a contestant in 2020. His songs got viral on social media and became popular among teens. He was on the television with the 4th instalment of Bigg Boss Tamil. Aajeedh was introduced as one of the 16 contestants starring in the show by veteran actor Kamal Haasan.
