The Vampire Diaries has been more than particular for some fans. Starring Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley among others, the series enjoyed a successful run over 8 seasons. For a while now, rumors are rife a Season 9 is about the cards. Reports suggested that it may release in 2021. Actor Ian Somerhalder is currently breaking his silence and quashing all of the rumors.
For the unversed, Ian played the use of hunky vampire Damon Salvatore on the supernatural show. The show last went off the air in 2017 leaving many fans mad. Nina Dobrev also keeps sharing BTS moments as she reminisces the sweet memories.
Ian Somerhalder recently appeared on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM radio series. The celebrity was asked about the rumored comeback of The Vampire Diaries. Before you read his reaction, SPOILER ALERT ahead!
Ian Somerhalder responded, “Like what could happen? Stefan and Damon are, you know Damon has like grey hair and they are, they have canes such as, ‘Oh, I have, gotta feed the infant. Do you understand what I mean? No.”

What’s more, Ian also added that The Vampire Diaries had a satisfying run it deserved. “Listen, it conducted it ran a fantastic course. And now it is still living. That’s what’s so wonderful. It’s still living,” he stated, adding that fans can always watch it on Netflix!
Meanwhile, a few days back Nina Dobrev created plenty of noise when she joked that Justin Bieber is her lovechild.
Everything began when leading Hollywood gateway E! News shared an image of Paul Wesley alongside pop singer Justin Bieber. There was a definite similarity between fans and both strongly agreed for it too. “We know Paul Wesley and Justin Bieber aren’t the same individual but have we ever seen them in a room together?” See the caption.
The highlight of the post turned out when Paul Wesley took into the comment section and wrote, “He is my son.” Fans couldn’t help but appreciated Wesley’s great sense of humor. There turned out to be as numerous as 30K enjoys on his remark.
The enjoyable banter was continued by Nina Dobrev. She hinted that they are in fact the mom and dad to Justin Bieber and telephoned “our love child.”
