Harnaaz Sandhu Bio
Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu is an Indian actress and model. Born on 3rd March 2000, Harnaaz Sandhu’s age is 21 years old. She was born and raised in Guruharsahai in a Punjabi Sikh family. She completed her school education at Kalia public school in Guruharsahai. Post completion of her school, she joined Post Graduate Government College for Girls in Chandigarh to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Harnaaz has completed her bachelor’s in Information Technology.
During her teen years, Harnaaz started her journey in the modeling industry. She participated in various fashion and modeling events. However, in the year 2017, she won her first title of Miss Chandigarh. In the same year, she won another title. The title was Timesfreshface Miss Chandigarh. Subsequently, she participated in Max Emerging Star India. The competition was held at Infiniti Mall in Malad, Mumbai, and was witnessed by many influential personalities like Dabboo Ratnani and Terrance Lewis. In this competition, she emerged as the winner of the title Miss Max Emerging Star India. In 2019, she participated in Femina Miss India and competed with 29 other contestants. Although Harnaaz didn’t win the title, she was in the Top 12 contestants.
Miss Universe 2021
In 2021, Harnaaz participated in Miss Diva 2021. During the pageant, Harnaaz Sandhu won many tiles like the Miss Beautiful Skin award and became a finalist for Miss Beach Body, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Photogenic, and Miss Talented. After many rigorous rounds, Harnaaz was crowned the winner by the previous titleholder Adline Castelino. Post winning this pageant, she became eligible to represent India at Miss Universe 2021. On 12 December 2021, the competition was held in Eilat, Israel. Initially, Sandhu competed against a pool of 80 women and succeeded to find her way and emerged as a winner. Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu became the third Indian woman to win the coveted title of Miss Universe. Previously, Sushmita Sena and Lara Dutta have won the title in 1994 and 2000 respectively.
