Career
She began her career in the year 2000. Her first appearance on TV was when she appeared on Doordarshan, one of the biggest broadcasting TV networks. She was the newsreader and anchor. Palki was also assigned the task of shortlisting, scripting, formatting, and current affairs for Doordarshan.
In the year 2004, she joined Hindustan Times as a writer and wrote short stories on civil and social issues. Later she joined India’s largest English news channel CNN news 18 as an anchor and senior editor in 2005. Palki was awarded the Best News Reader award in the year 2007. She worked with CNN -IBN for 11 years. And later in 2016, she moved to the ITV network. At present, she is the executive editor of the WION TV channel.
